C.S. Engineering manufactures a wide range of cap feeding and handling equipment for the pharmaceutical, food and beverage, and consumer product markets.
What We Do
Our waterfall sorters are the preferred means of reliable high speed cap sorting. They feature stainless steel construction and a range of discharge heights, hopper sizes, and electrical configurations. A wide variety of caps and small parts can be effectively sorted, including crown caps.
Other products include gravity track chutes, telescoping chute sections, lane separators, inline upside down cap rejection devices, and air conveying equipment - both for bulk transport and for single lane transport of oriented parts.
